Once you decide to become a Herona Marketing client, I will send you an email inviting you to set up your portal account.
We offer a range of services including digital marketing strategies, website design, SEO, social media management, and more. Our goal is to help small businesses thrive in both online and traditional markets through coaching, marketing consulting, and implementations.
Our portal does not require a password. To login, you can send a code to your email. However, we can create a password if you’d like.
If you forget your password, please email me and I will get you setup with a new one or help you restore your previous password.
Our client portal is mobile device compatable and can be placed as an App on your iPhone or Apple iPad. We are working to also implement this feature for Android users and apologize for any inconvenience.
For iPhone Users: Start by logging into your portal in the Safari mobile browser. Tap the “Share” icon on the bottom menu and then tap “Add to Home Screen.” You will have added the portal app to your home screen.
Regardless of whether or not you actively use your client portal, all the information will still be stored in there for transparency and records purposes. You do not need to use the portal to receive services and information. I am more than happy to text/email/google drive/etc.
