Our Process
At Herona Marketing, our philosophy is rooted in clarity, partnership, and purposeful growth. We don’t believe in guesswork or one-size-fits-all solutions. Every business deserves a tailored strategy built on real insight, not assumptions. That’s why we follow a structured, step-by-step process—from the initial discovery to strategic planning and implementation. Each phase builds on the last, ensuring every move we make together is intentional, efficient, and aligned with your goals. STEP 1: Connect with Us
Start by creating an account with us and filling out the brief Connection Form. This helps us learn more about your business, current marketing strategies, and your goals—so we can better understand how to support you.
STEP 2: Introductory Phone Call
Once we receive your form, we’ll schedule a quick 15-minute introductory phone call to make sure it’s a good fit and answer any initial questions you have. From there, if we’re aligned, we’ll invite you to book a full Strategy Meeting where we’ll build a plan tailored to your business.
STEP 3: Strategy Meeting
The Strategy Meeting is where the magic happens. We will review your business, marketing efforts, and goals. We’ll identify what’s working, what’s not, and uncover new opportunities for growth. You walk away with a roadmap of what to do next - whether you work with us or not.

Get answers to your questions about our introduction process.
Fill out the Connection Form by clicking “Get Started” in the top right corner! From there, you should expect an introductory phone call (around 15 minutes) within 3 business days. Afterwards, if we’re aligned, we’ll invite you to book a full Strategy Call where we’ll build a plan tailored to your business.
The entire introduction process usually takes about 10-14 days. Once your Connection Form is received, I will reach out to you within 3 business days for an introductory phone call. If you would like to move forward, a Strategy Meeting is scheduled sometime in the next week or so.
For clients interested in implementation or monthly retainers, a quote for these services will be included with your Strategy Roadmap and delivered within 2 business days of your Strategy Meeting.
You don’t need to bring anything specific. However, it helps to have examples of past marketing efforts, so we can evaluate what worked and grow from there.
If you decide to withdraw your application, that’s completely fine. Just let us know, and we’ll stop the process without any obligation. We want you to feel good about your decision to work with us.
